What is your returns policy?
We only accept returns for full priced items. Discounted items & sales will not be accepted for returns. You may return your full priced product within 14 days after receiving your order to be eligible for a refund. Exchanges are not accepted, please return your product to place a new order.

How MANY DAYS DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Under normal circumstances, your order is shipped in 1-2 business days. How many days it takes for your package to arrive, depends on the delivery service you choose and your location.
Estimated delivery times.
Australia: 1-3 days Express
International: Express 3-10 days, depending on service, country and customs.

What if my item is damaged on arrival?
Please email us at info@ederaeyewear.com on the day of arrival for assessment of damage. Refunds are provided only upon assessment, written email with photo evidence.

why was my credit card declined at checkout?
If your order attempt was declined, this can often be due to your bank. We suggest that you contact your bank or card-issuing company to ask if they have any kind of block on your card.
