We offer easy returns for Australian, New Zealand & International orders within 14 days of delivery. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and if you change your mind for any reason, there are options for you to return your item to us.

Returned items must be unworn, unused and in perfect condition with all original packaging intact, (please package your return well) if your return does not comply with these conditions, we cannot accept your items and they may be rejected and returned to you, at your own cost for shipping with no refund applied. 

Full price items can be returned for a full refund only, we do not offer credit notes or exchange. Sale items will not be accepted for a return. 

 

REFUNDS

If your return is eligible for a refund, you will be refunded back to your original payment method, less the return shipping fee and any original shipping fees. Once the refund has been issued, you will be notified via email. Please allow up to five business days for this amount to appear in your account.

 

FINAL SALE

Final sale refers to items that are marked down during an exclusive offer or are marked to clear.  Item/s marked as "final sale - no returns" cannot be returned, unless in the event of them being faulty. If final sale items are returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to you at an additional charge.

 

AFTERPAY ORDERS

If you have purchased using Afterpay or another buy now pay later option, you will be refunded back to your chosen platform. 

 

PROCESSING TIME FOR RETURNS

Please allow up to 3 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email when our team has received your return and again when your return is processed. Please contact us at info@ederaeyewear.com if you need assistance.

 

INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEMS

All items are quality controlled to a high standard before despatch, but if you receive an item that is not 100% right please contact us at info@ederaeyewear.com with your order number and images of the fault or issue and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.

Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; failure to use in accordance with care instructions; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.
